The App is provided for entertainment purposes. You may use it on your personal devices. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

BlockFloat does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App does not require an account, does not use cookies, does not include third-party analytics, and does not access the internet for any purpose other than loading the page itself.
All game state (score, grid, settings) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.
The App is suitable for all ages and does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
The App is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to the hosting layer. No data about your gameplay is transmitted.
